Společnost INSIO Software, s.r.o. zpracovává osobní údaje v souladu s právními předpisy. Tedy se zákonem 110/2019 Sb., ze dne 12. března 2019, o zpracování osobních údajů a také s nařízením EU 2016/679 Obecné nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů – GDPR.

Workflow

The function workflow enables consignments to be forwarded efficiently, and subsequent actions to be initiated according to user permissions. Therefore, at any given moment, you know what is happening with a consignment, who is dealing with it and, if applicable, how it has been addressed.

Individual access

Unlike the conventional method, you do not need to distribute login credentials to users. You can conveniently select which messages will be displayed to a particular user, whether by recipient, type, centre or any other parameter. For example, a user may only be able to preview the part of the message data they actually need to download attachments, or they may be blocked from viewing sensitive data.
