Clear records

Gain an overview of planned maintenance and revisions of all equipment and technologies or planning and performing mandatory inspections and monitoring of repairs. The system allows you to define a maintenance and inspection plan, what activities will be performed, who and on which equipment will perform them and with what periodicity. You can divide individual technologies and devices into clear sections or display them as a summary of all technologies in the building. At the same time, you can assign standardized maintenance plans to them, which you define as templates for individual devices.

Maintenance and revision plans

The application automatically checks compliance with revision deadlines. In the event of an unscheduled service intervention, it automatically adjusts the schedule for future inspections and maintenance. Of course, the plan can also be modified manually. You can also enclose documentation for a revision or service with each device. In the device maintenance overview, you can view a list of service tasks, including previews of the attached logs.


You can define workflow and request states according to your processes for each request group separately. Then, for each request, you see the processing process, times, and the users who contributed to the solution.

Cost overview

Thanks to an overview of the work performed and the possibility of approving orders, you have a perfect overview of the costs of servicing individual technologies as well as the total costs of the building. By scheduling regular service inspections, you will reduce technology maintenance costs.

Smart email client

You can create your own message and notification templates for each type of communication. These then notify the users, for example, when the request gets to the step that they have to take. For each request, you can track the complete history of e-mail communication for the problem being solved in one place.

Work planner

You can assign tasks simply by dragging them into the calendar of the right specialist who has time, or reschedule his work according to priorities or urgency.

Mobile application

For example, its own mobile application for full-fledged field work allows you to enter new requirements, including attaching the captured photo. The application supports notifications, workflow work as well as managerial reports and dashboards. It has technologies such as GPS, NFC, QR or barcodes. It can be downloaded for both Apple and Android mobile phones.
