We are INSIO software, a dynamic company focused on innovative IT solutions. Our mobile application INSIO, used by thousands of users, is a key part of our ERP system and spans across many industries - from managing processes in companies to analytical dashboards. We follow current trends and work with the latest tools.

What can you expect from us?

  • Support our customers (helpdesk, email, phone)

  • Configuration and setting up software according to customer requirements

  • Testing of software and new releases

  • Collaboration in creating documentation and manuals

What should you be able to do?

  • You don't lack proactive and customer-oriented approach

  • You are reliable and have analytical thinking

  • Excellent communication and expression skills are a matter of course

  • You have experience with ERP, CRM, DMS systems, etc.

  • You know SQL database
